Corrections
If something on this site is wrong, we want to fix it, and we want you to be able to see that we did. Every correction is logged below, permanently. We do not make silent edits. The same process applies to every agency, including Fan Fusion, which is operated by our publisher, Fan Fusion LLC.
How to report an error
Email contact@fanfusion-agency.com with the subject line "Correction: [agency name or page]". Please include:
- The page on our site, and the criterion or sentence you think is wrong.
- What you think it should say.
- A link to a public page that shows it. For agency terms, this should be a page on the agency's own website that anyone can read without a form, email, call or login.
Anyone can report an error: agencies, creators, journalists or readers. If you are writing on behalf of an agency and want a reply published on its profile, see our right of reply.
What happens next
- Within 2 business days: we acknowledge your email.
- Within 5 business days: we recheck the page you sent, against the same rules we use for every agency.
- Within 1 business day of confirming an error: we fix it on the site and in the data files, and add an entry to the log below.
- If we conclude the page is correct, we reply with our reasons and the evidence.
Corrections and updates
We separate two kinds of change:
- A correction fixes something we got wrong: a missed page, a misread quote, a wrong date or a calculation error. Corrections go in the log below.
- An update reflects a change on the agency's side, for example when it publishes its notice period after our last check. Updates are rescored under the normal rules and recorded in the updates log, not here.
Score changes from either kind follow the same rubric (currently v1.0). A correction never changes the rules themselves; rule changes need a new rubric version, as described in our editorial policy.
