Right of reply for agencies
If your agency is listed on OF Agency Rankings, you can respond on your own profile, in your own words. You can also send us a link to have a score rechecked, or ask to be removed. This page explains each option. OF Agency Rankings is published by Fan Fusion LLC, which operates the agency Fan Fusion; the same rules apply to every agency, including ours.
Publishing a reply
- Who can reply: the agency itself, writing from an email address on the agency's own website domain.
- Length: up to 150 words.
- How it appears: verbatim, in a "Right of reply" section on your profile, with the date we received it.
- Our response: if we disagree with something in the reply, we add a short note beside it explaining why, with the evidence.
- Timing: we publish replies at the next site update. A pending reply never delays the publication of a score.
- Limits: we do not publish personal names, contact details of individuals, statements about other agencies, or links to pages that ask readers for personal information. We will tell you if we need to shorten or adjust a reply for these reasons, and publish nothing you have not seen.
A reply does not change a score by itself. Scores change only when a public page shows something we missed.
Asking for a recheck
If your website publishes something we scored as partly published or not found, send us the link. We recheck within five business days, using the same rubric (currently v1.0) and the same rules as for every other agency:
- the page must be readable by anyone, without a form, email, call, application or login;
- text that exists only in machine files or page code does not count;
- if two of your pages say different things, the criterion scores at most 5 and both statements are shown.
If you have changed your site since our last check, the new wording is scored as an update and logged on our updates page. If we made a mistake, it is logged on our corrections page.
Asking to be removed
An agency can ask to be removed by writing from an email address on its own website domain. We remove the profile at the next site update and record "removed at the agency's request" with the date on our updates page. The other agencies' scores are not affected, though ranks may shift by one place.
How to send it
Email contact@fanfusion-agency.com from your agency's domain, with one of these subject lines:
- "Reply: [agency name]", with your reply of up to 150 words in the body of the email;
- "Recheck: [agency name]", with the criterion and the link to your page;
- "Removal: [agency name]".
We acknowledge every message within two business days.
What we will not do
- Accept payment, or anything else of value, for a reply, a recheck, a higher score or a removal.
- Score information that is shared only privately, on a call or after an application.
- Hold back a score because a reply or recheck is pending.
